Our vanities and other products can be shipped across Canada. All items are well packed to ensure safe arrival and we use shippers with a proven track record. If damage should occur it is covered by the shipping companies insurance provided correct reporting processes are followed. Below is information about the shipping options available.
In-Store Pick-up
Purchased items can be picked up directly from our Coquitlam, BC showroom and warehouse. Click here for warehouse hours.
Curbside Residential Delivery - Metro Vancouver
Delivery within Metro Vancouver is $60 + tax. This includes locations from West Vancouver to Langley. Delivery to Abbotsford, Mission and Chilliwack is available for $80.
Delivery is curbside so the items can be put in a garage or carport but not into your residence or up any stairs. If it is a condo with an elevator the items will be delivered to your door. We request that an adult be at home to sign for the order.
When we receive your order we will email you with the next available delivery date.
Shipping Cost "Shipper's Depot"
In the shopping cart you can enter your postal code and province to get the cost to the Shipper's Depot in your province. This is the least expensive and fastest option. By selecting this option your total cost will be the amount specified online. To receive a quote to your home select the option "Residential - Send Quote".
Please be aware that most depots require pick up within 48 hours of arrival or they will charge storage fees, which are chargeable to the customer. A list of depot addresses is provided below.
There are often other depots available so email us with your postal code and desired vanity for a quote.
We are not responsible, and there will be not discounts offered, for any delays caused by the shipping company.
Shipping to your Residence
If you would like a quote directly to your residence email us with your postal code and the vanity style number. Delivery is Curbside so they do not bring it into your house. Any additional services requested by the shipper upon arrival will be chargeable to the customer.

Flat Rate Residential Delivery - Victoria and Nanaimo
We offer a curbside residential delivery service to the above locations 1 to 2 times per month. The cost is $120 for the first vanity and $50 for each additional cabinet. Please visit the Flat Rate Delivery page for more details as well as upcoming delivery dates.
No "Free Shipping"
While many online companies offer free shipping we have deliberately avoided that sales strategy. The truth is that there is no such thing as "Free Shipping". Instead the shipping cost is built into the cost of the product. Local customers, and those in major cities, subsidize the cost of shipping to customers in remote locations. When you compare our products to others sold online please take the time to compare the end price, after shipping costs, faucets and mirrors are added. We believe that most of the time you will find that our products are a better deal.
Check items upon arrival
The shipping cost includes insurance however damage must be reported as soon as possible. When you receive your order please inspect it thoroughly. Any damage to the packaging must be noted on the weighbill at the time of delivery or pick up. We recommend refusing the shipment if there is significant damage to the packaging. Any hidden damage must be reported within 24 hours or the shipper may deny responsibility. Missing items, incorrect items or defects must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Damage or defect claims are not accepted for installed items.
