Do you have a store/showroom?
Yes, we recently moved into a new warehouse that has enough space for us to display all of our vanities.
What time are you open?
We don’t have a store with regular hours. Generally we’re available anytime after 3:30 during the week or on the weekends. If you want to see our products just email us and we can find a time that works.
Where are you located?
Our address is 1-3011 Murray Street in Port Moody. As mentioned above we aren’t open for regular hours. Please email us or call 604-917-0131 to arrange a time to see the vanities. See map.
Do your vanities have CSA approvals?
Most of our sinks now have cUPC approvals (equivalent to CSA). Several sinks don't have approvals so look for the cUPC approved information in the feature descriptions. cUPC is required if you are getting your renovation inspected. All of our faucets are cUPC approved and go through the rigorous testing that the certification requires. Even if you aren't getting an inspection you should always use certified faucets and piping as they are tested to ensure they work as they should.
We saw similar vanities sold elsewhere are they an affiliate?
We do have one affiliate on Vancouver Island who buys vanities directly from us. Other companies have seen how popular our vanities are and have bought similar ones. However, they are not the same vanities. We buy our vanities from one company, our sinks from another company and our faucets from a third company. In addition we pay extra for the cabinets to get some key upgrades. We buy from three different suppliers because we want cUPC approved products as we think it is very important that the products go through the testing required for Canadian certification.
Are the bathroom cabinets fully assembled?
Yes, you won't need an engineering degree and 8 hours of spare time for these vanities.
Why are your vanities so inexpensive?
Well, we always ask ourselves why everyone else is so expensive. The answer to that is simple. They have posh showrooms, big warehouses, costly advertising and staffing expenses. We have a cheap warehouse, rely on word-of-mouth and low cost advertising, and real jobs in addition to our cabinet venture (thus the viewing time restriction).
Are the cabinets manufactured in Canada?
No, they come from China, as do most of the products you’ll find in the big box stores.
How did you get into this business?
We started by buying a container of bathroom products to do the bathrooms in our house. The rest of the container we filled with additional items that we sold. We were impressed with the quality of the vanities and had a number of requests to bring in more. From there it snowballed into a part-time import business.
